Terms & Conditions

The T Technology Rewards program is available to individuals aged 21 years or older who use T Technology gaming cabinets at authorized venues. By participating in the program, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• One rewards account per individual — duplicate accounts will be merged or terminated
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable
• Enrollment is free and does not require any purchase obligation
• T Technology reserves the right to verify identity before processing high-value redemptions

Reward points are earned through gameplay activity on T Technology cabinets. Points accumulate automatically and are credited to your account in real time.

• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, bartered, or transferred between accounts
• Tier status (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP) is determined by cumulative lifetime points earned
• Point multipliers apply based on your current tier at the time of gameplay
• Points expire after 18 months of account inactivity — a single gameplay session resets the inactivity clock
• T Technology reserves the right to adjust point earning rates with 30 days advance notice

Accumulated points may be redeemed for available rewards through your dashboard or at participating venue terminals. All redemptions are subject to the following conditions:

• Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Redeemed rewards are non-refundable — points are deducted immediately upon confirmation
• Some rewards may have additional eligibility requirements (e.g., VIP-only items)
• Physical merchandise rewards are shipped to the address on file within 10–15 business days
• Play credit rewards are applied instantly to your active cabinet session

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Manipulating or attempting to exploit cabinet software to inflate point earnings
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent program rules or earn duplicate bonuses
• Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party tools to interact with the rewards system
• Colluding with venue staff to fraudulently register gameplay or alter point balances
• Sharing account credentials with other individuals for the purpose of pooling points

T Technology reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any rewards account at its sole discretion if it determines that a member has violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in activity that threatens program integrity.

• Suspended accounts cannot earn, redeem, or transfer points during the suspension period
• Terminated accounts forfeit all accumulated points and unredeemed rewards
• Members will be notified via email of any enforcement action and the reason for it
• Appeals may be submitted within 14 days of the enforcement notification

T Technology provides the Rewards program on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the program dashboard or error-free point calculations.

• T Technology is not liable for points discrepancies caused by cabinet hardware malfunctions
• Total liability for any claim arising from the program shall not exceed the value of points in the claimant's account
• T Technology is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from member negligence in safeguarding account credentials

T Technology reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Rewards program at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the following channels:

• Email notification to the address associated with your rewards account
• Banner announcement on the rewards dashboard for a minimum of 14 days
• Updated effective date displayed at the top of this document
• Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to the Rewards program shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitration service, unless prohibited by applicable law.
